This beautiful old item comes from an estate sale. It’s condition is very very good and shows no sign of any use but based on the age, it must have been used. Please check the pictures carefully and note the size of the display container with the gold embossed words on the front. The tachometer and case say made in Switzerland and then New York. The unit says 100 rpm and 50 feet on the dial but the instruction sheet says total range 0-2000 rpm so I must tell you that I am unsure and it also says Accuracy .250%. That’s all I can say other than I have not tested because I am unsure how to test.
