Delivery Issues

In the unlikely event of any delivery issues or if your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours. We cannot consider claims for transit damage beyond 48 hours following delivery. We are here to assist you and ensure that any problems are resolved promptly. 

We want all our customers to be completely satisfied with our products. If you have any issues with your machine, please contact us via eBay message. Usually one of our knowledgeable team will be able to get you up and running in no time.

If, however, we are unable to identify the issue you may wish to return your product.

Order Cancellation: If you place an order and wish to cancel that order on the day of purchase, this is fine. Please get in touch with us and receive our confirmation before 2pm on the day of purchase to prevent your order being shipped.

Change of mind (new and unused condition only) within 14 days of delivery: If your item is in new, unused, and still in original unopened packaging and you have simply changed your mind, there will be a service charge of up to 5% to contribute towards carriage, handling and restocking. We will just need to check the machine over once received back into our warehouse before the refund is issued.

Received Damaged:  If your parcel is received damaged, please ensure that this is noted with the delivery person. It is vital that you contact us immediately to ensure that we are able to make a claim with the courier. We will require photographic evidence of the damaged item and packaging. Please advise us of transit damage within a maximum of 24 hours. We will then arrange for collection and replacement or refund.

Faulty items: In the unlikely event that your machine develops a fault, for your safety and to prevent further damage, please stop using it immediately. Should your item develop a fault within 14 days of delivery you may request a return for replacement, repair or refund. We have a vast range of parts for our machines in stock and for your convenience, we are usually able to identify the issue over the telephone and get a replacement part out to you quickly. Most faults can be rectified without any prior knowledge or expertise. Faults reported outside of 14 days of purchase will be subject to our standard warranty terms and conditions.

Important Information: For the safety of our couriers and our staff, we cannot accept returns of items which have not been drained of fuel and oil where this is applicable. Failure to so will result in your return being rejected, as there is a risk of fire and serious injury.

By placing an order on this website, you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

All products are provided to our customers on the basis as described in each product listing.

Genpower Ltd retains the right to refuse any order made and where payment has been made in this instance, a full refund and refusal explanation will be provided. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email and will confirm your order and provide you with a purchase order receipt.

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming that payment has been received and your order will be attached to that email. Where BACS payments are made, an acknowledgement email will be sent in the first instance. A further email with your order attached will be sent once the funds have been received. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.

(b)   Pricing and Availability

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. Where customers choose to make payment via debit/credit card, your payment will be processed on our website, however, all card details are processed directly with SagePay via a secure link and are not made available to Genpower Ltd at any point. (d) Receipt of Products/Services & Refunds

Once an order has been placed, accepted and paid for, your product will be dispatched in a timely manner with tracking information provided by email. We offer a 30-day no-hassle return and refund policy. All purchases outside of this term are subject to our warranty terms and conditions. ACCEPTING DELIVERY: Please be aware that you MUST check the condition of your product(s) IMMEDIATELY upon delivery. If an item is delivered damaged you must notify us within 48 hours. We cannot consider claims for transit damage beyond 48 hours following delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.
