accented on the front and back by pintucks by the neckline and a floral/butterfly pattern at the hem.  The hem is cinched with a loose elastic to give it a little bit of a balloon effect.  The straps are braided, and three little buttons are featured on the front. It is very cute on, and made from a lightweight cotton.
