Main body of cart is metal with the two ends and trailer hitch being plastic.

Measures 2-3/4" long, including the trailer hitch or 1-15/16" long without the trailer hitch.

Width is 1-1/4".  Height is 1" from top of the front/back rail to the bottom of the wheels or 7/8" from top of side rail to bottom of the wheels.

Very minor paint chips on metal portions.
