Condition - crisp About Extremely Fine or so, please see the
scans/video, otherwise evidently a fresh high grade example
appearing with just a single vertical fold on display/from its
note holder

The last major London auction price realisation - of any quality middle or high grade
example - that I can find on record is an about Good Very Fine that made £148 back
in 2013.
