1. Charge the built-in battery from the electrical modules.
2. Install the electrical modules on the silicone pads.
3. Attach the silicone pads firmly to the corresponding parts of the body.
4. Press "M" to select a desired mode.
5. Press "+" to increase the intensity.
6. Press "-" to reduce the intensity and turn off.
