Product Warranty and Return Information

 Product Warranty

·         Motor Man’s liability is limited to the replacement or repair of the defective fuel injector(s) for one year from date of purchase.

·         We reserve the right to repair the defective fuel injector  purchased through Motor Man or replace with reconditioned units at our discretion.

·         In certain cases when a part is out of stock and no longer available, and the faulty product cannot be repaired, the original purchase price will be refunded.

·         No allowance will be given for labor, installation costs, or damage claims. 

·         Any evidence of contamination, tampering, abuse, mishandling, or improper installation of our product voids this warranty.

·         Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.  Motor Man Fuel Injection will not cover shipping related costs for any reason.

Product Replacement & Return Policy

·         All uninstalled products may be returned for a *full refund* within 30 days of purchase date less S&H fees.

·         New fuel injectors that have been installed are not returnable.

·         Reconditioned fuel injectors that have been installed may be returned for a partial refund within 30 days and will incur a 20% restocking fee.

·         Any product returned that shows sign of tampering, abuse, mishandling, or improper installation, is broken or damaged in any way is non returnable or refundable under any circumstance.

·         Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.  Motor Man Fuel Injection will not cover shipping related costs for any reason.

·         Any product purchased from Motor Man considered to be faulty must be returned before a replacement part can be issued.

·         All product returns must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice and a return merchandise tag.
