Directions

Shake bottle each time before use.
Spray 3 times towards back of throat.
For best results, don’t eat or drink after applying SleepDoctor Throat Spray.
More than one application of SleepDoctor Throat Spray can be taken, but usually one application is enough.

Ingredients

Aqua, glycerol, sorbitan stearate, polysorbate 60, poloxamer 407, calcium citrate, peppermint oil, tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E), potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate.
