HOW TO USE
Take the bench block. Choose one of the 4 positions, equivalent to elevating the bar by 2-3/4", 4-1/2", 6-3/8", or 7-3/8". Insert the bar.

BETTER THAN BOARDS

Made of light weight EVA foam, the Navaris bench block is the ideal alternative to heavy wood boards for pressing. Bench blocks are small and light for improved portability and storage. With specially designed notches for bars, a bench block is also far easier to use than trying to attach a loose yoga block.

TRAIN ALONE

No partner? No problem. The bench block alows you to train on your own, ideal if you are working out alone in a home gym. By having the block attached to the bar, you can set up how you would normally bench for solo board presses.
