Arc’s Value Village Online eBay Payment Terms

You must provide an address confirmed by eBay.  Payments must be received within five days of end of auction. Items will be shipped within three business days after receiving payment. We do not end auctions early.   

Shipping

All items are shipped domestically via USPS, FedEx, or UPS depending on size and weight of package. We do not ship internationally. Minnesota residents pay 7.625% tax. Please note shipping cost is an estimate only. Final amount is determined by the ZIP Code of the ship-to address. We do not charge a packaging or handling fee. Please reach out to us via eBay message if you would like to arrange a local pickup.
