The following notes are for new users who are not very experienced with high end graphics cards in general: 

High temperature and dust are enemies of the graphics cards. With this model It is advisable with the new games released after 2017 the following actions can be taken to mitigate high temperatures and fan running at full throttle:

• Limit GPU power to 95 W, use software like CoreCtrl (on Linux) or Radeon Software (on Windows)
• Limit GPU clock to 1168 MHz, use software like CoreCtrl (on Linux) or Radeon Software (on Windows)
• Limit GPU memory clock to 1750 MHz, use software like CoreCtrl (on Linux) or Radeon Software (on Windows)

The other thing that can be done to limit temperature is to cap FPS to 60 FPS or 45 FPS using third-party software or Radeon software for new latest games. And also an alternative fan curve with early activation of the fan that will keep the temperature under 60 degrees even under full load conditions.
