*Please note, we have been forced to add this to all of our listings. As stated above, we provide FREE SAME DAY SHIPPING the same day your item is purchased. That being said, we recently ran into some shipping exceptions with USPS. Over recent months on 3 separate occasion's, it took a month to deliver a package. That was 3 out of roughly 300 packages. We had to file insurance claims for lost mail which USPS has to investigate. They were all eventually delivered, but took longer than expected(per ebay's estimated delivery times). A "Lost Mail" claim cannot even be submitted thru USPS until a minimum of 15 days from shipment date. We understand buyers want they're items ASAP & that's why we ship out as fast as we do. But once it leaves our hands, we’re at the mercy of the shipping carriers to finish the rest. Getting angry, using negative feedback as ransom, making threats, etc is still not going to get it there any faster.
