3D Printed Base / Mount for TP-Link Tapo S200B

Product Description

The main reason for creating this 3D printed base for the TP-Link Tapo S200B is that when the product is stood on a flat surface there is not enough weight or friction to turn the dial without slippage. By creating a base that is slightly wider than the button and adding rubber feet to this the button can be turned without slippage - enabling two extra actions. The base works on every surface we have tried it on - without need to stick it to your furniture.

The metal fixing plate that is supplied with the TP-Link Tapo button can be stuck inside the base using the sticky pad that comes with the button, or can simply be held in place by the magnet inside the button - leaving the sticky pad available for if you need to re-position the button in future.

Whilst designed to be a base to allow the button to be used on a desk or other flat surface this product can also be used as a mount on a vertical surface. To do this attach the metal fixing plate using the sticky pad or screws that come with the button, place the mount over the fixing plate and hold in place with the button. The mount does not need to be stuck and can be easily removed or replaced. For use on a magnetic surface, such as a fridge door, an additional flat magnet is required which is not supplied.

This listing is for a white base but we can print in other colours on request - DM us to check availability. We currently have White, Blue, Black, Green, Translucent Red, Gold. Please be aware that lead times on other colours may be considerably longer as we will print to order.

The brackets are made of high quality PLA+ plastic filament and are highly durable.
