1. The grinding and polishing disc of the machine is connected with the drive shaft. For the first time installation, it is better to use a rubber hammer to tap the double disc down to the axial direction to close fit. Otherwise, it will affect the performance of the machine.2. The unit must be well grounded and the grounding device is reliable.
3. The inlet and outlet pipes are required to be unobstructed, and the joints must not leak.
4. After each operation, the equipment should be cleaned and maintained.
5. When the machine is found to have an abnormal sound, stop it immediately for inspection.
