a) fully charge the replacement and your old item together , delete your old buds from your device.

b) Reset Beats Fite Pro AS New One

  1. Place both earbuds in the case. Leave the case open.
  2. Press and hold the system button on the case for 15 seconds or until the LED indicator light flashes red and white.
  3. Release the system button

Replacement/Exchange:
• All return items should be in original packaging and returned within 30 days after you received it.
 The item needs to be returned in the similar cosmetic condition (serial numbers are tracked). If the item is match with description, but doesn't fit  , change mind, didn't like item , found better  price or was ordered by mistake etc. we will deduct the 25% restocking fees from this transaction.
