Vintage cameo brooch. Has a white enamel type lady design in the middle. She is surrouned with clusters of clear, sparkling stones around the rim. There is an attached hanging stem at the bottom with a black ribbon. Attached to the bottom of the black ribbon is a pearl type bead. Minor wear as pictured. Bow has very little fraying on each end. Still a very pretty, collectible brooch.
