A tub of Super Wine Yeast Compound by Young's.

A specially formulated recipe containing Bentonite, Wine Yeast, Yeast Nutrient, Vitamins and Minerals. Used for making high alcohol wines, speedy fermentation and clearing.

As this special compound contains a blend of wine yeast and nutrients, no additional yeast needs to be added.

Usage: 1 heaped teaspoon per gallon, to be added direct to wine must.

Storage: store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate after opening and use within 3 months.
