DANA KAY NWT 12 2 piece Red Dress & jacket Women's Set. It was purchased at ROSS, never worn,  still has the tags on it.

It is a sleeveless task dress with matching jacket.  Color is brick red,  made of 100% polyester. Has inner shoulder pads.  Dress is basic has no pockets nor zippers,  his over the head. Jacket has 3/4 sleeves.

When laid flat,  the measurements are as follows:

DRESS: armpit to armpit measures 21  inches,  waist measures 20 inches,  hips measures 21 inches,  and from shoulder to hem it measures 49 inches.

JACKET: armpit to armpit measures 22 inches,  sleeves measure 18 inches from the shoulder stitch,  and from shoulder stitch to hem it measures 25 inches.
