Supple, vintage brown, thicker jacket version of Gotham’s best microphone cable.The classic three conductor design developed for Neuman microphones in the 1970s, featuring 96 strand conductors & Double Reussen Shielding for best flexibility and superior protection against RFI. Gotham’s GAC-3 has long been the cable of choice for the worlds finest microphones. It is a neutral sounding cable with a highly detailed mid range and a natural top end. Their uncolored reproduction and remarkably effective shielding have made these favorites in recording studios and it’s not uncommon to find 20 to 30 year old GAC-3 assemblies still in regular use.

The # 10802 cable used in these assemblies was produced after 2015 is response a special request from Gotham's US distributor. The manufacturer no longer produces the brown GAC-3. I sold the last of our bulk cable stock in August 2025.
