Packaging and Warranty

o Packaging: The watch is carefully and securely packaged in an actual watch box. The watch box is packed once more in a sturdy cardboard box that won't crease with a shock-absorbing air cap.

o Warranty: All watches are backed by a one-year worldwide manufacturer's warranty.

o Overseas buyers: no VAT and Goods and Services Tax

Order cancellation/return

o Items purchased must be returned in their original condition (new and unused) within the first 14 days of purchase.

o The watch must be in original working condition and free of defects.

o No scratches, damage, etc.

o Do not adjust the size or replace the watch strap.

o Items must be returned with proof of purchase, supplied box/documentation and packaging.

o We are not responsible for shipping accidents in case of return/exchange. Defective watches cannot be returned or exchanged. All watches are inspected prior to shipment. If the watch does not work normally, please contact us by email first.

Exchange policy:

o If you are not satisfied with your watch, you may exchange it within the first 14 days of purchase.

o Buyer will be charged for round-trip shipping.

o Other watches with a price difference can be purchased at an additional cost or refunded.
