Not being knowledgeable about currency, I cannot verify that this is uncirculated, but it appears to be in pristine condition - crisp, unfolded, no tears, no marks, no discoloration

It was sent by a GI to his girl in the states and was found in the original letter he sent (so in that regard, it was circulated)
