German Glass Christmas Tree Ornaments have hung on Christmas trees in Germany since the 1800s. Legend says that a Glass-Blower could not afford to put nuts and sweet on the tree for his children, so he blew glass ornaments in the shape of these treats himself. As time passed, more shapes emerged.
And today, there are glass ornaments in all shapes… from simple round balls to elaborate birds.
Find the ornaments that make you happy, that reflect your loves and hobbies, that symbolize what’s important to you.
Traditional German Glass Christmas Ornaments sparkle and shine in candlelight, making your Christmas tree look extra special. You will find a wide range of shapes and colors… everything from simple fruits to more complex cars and even cuckoo clocks! Some add feathers or glitter, some are just basic silver. The Designs are limitless.
