The Turkey 100 Lira Banknote is part of the 2009 issues of the Central Bank of Turkey introduced under the 1970 law. The blue banknote features a star, a crescent, and a portrait of Mustafa Kemal Ataturk on its obverse. The reverse of the paper bill depicts musical instruments and composer Itri (Buhurizade Mustafa Efendi). Security features of the note include a holographic stripe, a solid security thread with printed TL 100, and a watermark that shows Mustafa Kemal Ataturk and an electrotype 100. The banknote is 154 x 72 mm in size and is in uncirculated condition.
