This Hytorc Ice-1 3/4" hydraulic torque wrench is new without original packaging. This unit includes certificate of calibration and has an upgraded reaction arm installed. Please note that although the tool is new and calibrated, the certificate of calibration is out of date as of 2018. Ready to use.
