The Refina type serrated rendering straight edge is a lightweight aluminium feather edge or derby with a serrated edge one side. The edge of the straight edge has a row of teeth to allow only a few mm of the surface to be notched. The applied render is glided over with a serrated straight edge until it is flat.
The Refina h shape rendering straight edge are a very popular tool for users applying monocouche or one coat renders.
The serrated rendering straight edge will help remove air pockets and assist in leaving a flat even surface.
