I pack items well, but Ebay has disallowed a choice of insurance, so it is not automatically available for this item.   I'll gladly combine items to save you shipping costs.  Please make payment or contact me within 3 days of winning this auction. 

Magazine ads are packed between two layers of card stock inside an envelope that is marked "DO NOT FOLD" and shipped using Ebay's label system via U.S. Postal Service.  If you would like your item shipped in a cardboard tube for extra protection, please contact me with your request before making payment.  There is an additional charge of $1 that I will add to your invoice.

Due to the high cost of mailing tubes, the additional weight, and the great success I've had shipping ads in large envelopes via USPS without damage, we must now charge an additional $3 per mailing tube, should you choose it. 

When packaged in my usual way, with cardboard in a large envelope, unless your mail delivery person crushes your mail on a regular basis, you'll most likely receive your ad in the same condition it was when it left here.

If you do want a mailing tube to be used, please do not make payment after your purchase.  Contact me and I will send an invoice with the additional $3 handling charge.
