Lot of 4 Walsco 1451 Idler Wheels

Please understand that I am not a phono expert, so please use your knowledge to determine details.
The counts may be 1 or 2 off, or there could be a mixed bag, but pictures are of actual parts.

I purchased a CG cabinet of Phono and Recorder Drives.
There were Walsco and General Cement parts included.
There may be GC or Walsco or both in this lot.
Many look to be new old stock, but no guarantees.
As a general statement, the rubber is mostly flexible, but not as grippy as new rubber.
I am selling these as parts for rework, but they may be useable (I am not an expert on these).
No returns.
