UNTESTED so being sold AS IS for parts or repair.  It may work fine as there is no visible damage however it might require updated capacitors or other service.  While I regularly work with tube amps and up to around 450Vdc, the output voltage of this unit is high enough to be outside my personal comfort zone so I have not attempted to power it up.
