Shipping

All of our Pick & Mix items are created to order and dispatched in airtight, heat-sealed bags for freshness & quality. A full ingredients label clearly showing allergens, nutritional information & best before date is also provided. All stock will have at least 3 months, and generally significantly longer, for it's best before end, with the exception of short-dated sale items. Please contact us if you would like further information regarding the current ingredients and best before end dates, as these can be provided.

We currently ship with Royal Mail and all of our products are available for free postage on a 2nd Class 48-hour service within the UK as standard.

We also offer premium delivery, including First Class/Signed For services at an additional cost. Next day delivery guaranteed is also available on request and will be quoted based on order specifics.

All orders are dispatched same day if placed before 2pm Monday, and 3.45pm Tuesday-Thursday. No orders will be dispatched Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
This is subject to change at any time, where during busy/holiday periods, we will expand these times, so please see our eBay shop for specific information regarding dispatch on the date you are placing the order. The eBay information displayed on your order will also provide the overriding and relevant information.

Any separate orders, with the same addressee and same destination, placed within the same dispatch time frame, will be combined together and sent together, as per eBay's expectation. There are a few exceptions to this at our own discretion.

All delivery dates are estimates and once dispatched from ourselves delays outside of our control, whilst unlikely and rare, are of course possible.

Returns

We accept returns as per eBay's return policy.

If you have any questions about our products, please email, message, or call us and we will be happy to help you before you place your order.

In the case where a customer has changed their mind regarding a purchase, products must be returned in an unopened/untampered condition within 30 days - The customer is to pay for ALL associated postage costs incurred, on both the return and original delivery. Free postage still represents a cost to ourselves.

We do not accept returns on open or tampered-with food items due to the nature of the product. This includes not liking the flavour etc.

We do not accept returns on short-dated sale items. These have been discounted due to the date, and the date is displayed as part of the sale if sold for this reason. Please be aware that the dates are best before end, and only affects the potential quality of the sweet, which can be less than perfect as this date is reached.

If there is an error or problem with your order that we are responsible for, we will absolutely do our best to resolve this for you to the best of our ability. We will be responsible for the postage costs associated in this scenario.

If the item arrives later than the estimated date, but within Royal Mail's accepted 10 working day time frame, you are again, welcome to return the order to us, but will be responsible for ALL associated postage costs incurred in both the return and original delivery. We appreciate that some deliveries are time sensitive, but providing we dispatch on time (which we will), any delays that occur will be the responsibility of Royal Mail, and therefore will fall under their own policy regarding this. If the item does not arrive within the 10 working day time frame, we will be responsible for the postage costs associated on both returns and refunds. Please also note that this policy is only regarding our 2nd class standard post, and these time frames will be shorter, aligned with Royal Mails own policy, when using any upgraded service.

Please contact us first with any issues and provide us with an opportunity to rectify the problem. If you need to open a case with eBay, please do so in good faith and with honesty, and we will respond in kind.
