You are bidding on a 2016 Mattel Halo Universe Series Wave 2 Spartan Fotus Action Figure .  Figure is brand new in its original packaging.  Outer packaging has some wear all around the edges including some creases in the cardboard and some minor dents in the plastic window.  Please see pictures for further details.
