LeChing large swagging tool.

This is my fathers, I buried him in 2011 and I’m finally going through his stuff.

I have no clue why he has one of these, but he did have needs for wire rope.

It’s used, not sure if the date he bought it. But it’s made in China, probably Harbor Freight era 1990s.
