Cases are new in the original box with MSO (They do NOT include cylinder studs as pictured) They do include the bottom sump plate (not pictured) These cases have a special cylinder stud pattern and cam chest offset for the Powerhouse Cylinders and Side by Side rod crankshaft. If you are one of the many people who purchased a Powerhouse crankshaft and other Powerhouse parts thinking you were going to easily build one of these unique engines and your project stalled once you found out you needed these special cases.
