The brushless motor is rated at 1100kv, this equates to 1100revs/volt, so if you were running with a 12V battery, your expected shaft RPM, off load, would be around 13200, this would probably drop to around 9000 under load (in the water). The motor is built with an anodised heat efficient casing, precision ballraces and high temp magnets.
