This is a LOT of SIX Antique Meissen Carl Teichert porcelain Wide Rim Soup Bowls with the Blue Onion Pattern, and Rare gold gilt edge accent paint.
These Bowls are in excellent condition with no cracks, chips. NOTE*** The only thing to mention is one bowl has a single crazing line on the bottom, which is not visible from the top side. See last picture. AND Some of the gold accent paint shows wear in places from normal use. See second to last picture for an example. Most gold paint is in good shape, but wear is present in places, which is common.
The Bowls have the Meissen mark that was used between 1882 - 1929/ The Bowls are also impressed with "Meissen".
The Bowls are 8 1/4" in diameter and the brim is 1 5/8" tall. Each bowl weighs about 13 - 14 OZ each.
Most of the items I sell are estate finds, and are
presented to you in, as is, as found condition. They are described to the best
of my knowledge. Some wear is to be expected, unless described as flawless or
mint. I can't know everything about every item I offer, I do inspect each item
and list all known flaws or damage. So please take a good look at the photos
and ask questions if need be.
Thanks for looking!
