Heavy Duty Manhole Cover Lifting keys 34 x 10 x 14mm core key set (SWL 5466kg as pair)

(Add on to standard key set next size up for more lifting power + safety)

These keys have been designed to be as strong as possible through our new key testing machine, this is so you can get the job done and not have to dig up covers which can cost thousands, with broken keys.

We have broken many keys to find the best way to make them as strong as possible, finding the limits of the materials to make these keys as strong and safe as possible. These are the strongest keys on the market by far.

These keys are designed for our own hydraulic manhole lifter, also being the most powerful lifter on the market. Our lifter has a lifting power over 4000kg and a safe working load of 2500kg. We had to upgrade our keys to be able to cope with the manhole lifter.

These keys can be used on other hydraulic manhole lifters needing a key upgrade in strength and safety. Most keys on the market are poorly made, not tested properly. Every key goes on our machine to test strength, so we know we have done our job properly.  This is important to us to know that you can get the job done safely.

These keys can be used also with hooks or chains and even lifting straps if needed so you don’t need a hydraulic lifter.

Every key is tested to a minimum of 4100kg and a safe working load of 2733kg per key.

Most covers need a minimum of 2 keys giving you a SWL of 5466kg.

There is no hydraulic lifter out there apart from ours that can get upto theses pressures of lifting power. If your hydraulic manhole lifter has a lifting beam of 40x40x4 box, the beam will start to fail at 1750kg and start going like a banana, and it will not go back. Even reinforced beams will not add much strength. There are many false claims on power figures out there which isn’t right.
