- We deliver via Australia Post and major courier companies. In most cases we will dispatch items within 1-2 business days of your order. We are not responsible for any delay arising during the shipment.
- We may not be able to deliver to PO boxes, Parcel Lockers and Parcel Collect facilities. Please contact seller and check if product is eligible for the service to deliver to your location. If product is not eligible, seller will reserve the right to cancel the order and buyer can place a new order with correct address after.
- The customer is responsible to have someone at the delivery address to sign and accept the delivery. The customer is responsible for any delivery and return fee if the address provided was incorrect or shipping address was unattended at the time of delivery. If order is returned due to incorrect info provided or rejection from customer's end, we reserve the right for the defuction for the cost of shpping (including return) from the final value fee. $10-$25 dishour fee will be applicable.
- The customer is responsible for any shipping fee, including fees for re-delivery or redirection. The freight cost is not necessory to be the same as charged in the order. Actual cost will be calculated.

- We don't accept any change-of-mind return in any circumstance, including failed deliveries. Any falsely claimed warranty return will be returned back on customer's cost. If item is not returnable, 20%-50% restocking fee will be applied for general goods. Original shipping cost is not refundable. For unreturnable item, no refund will be provided.
- Please contact us before submitting any return request if customer found difficulty to use purchased products. If return case was opened without communcations and no details of defects left when submitting a request, we reserve the right to reject under change-of-mind policy. "Item is defect" will not be considered as a valid reason if no extra explaination left in the case. If we request more details, please ensure to leave more details before dealine provided. Otherwise, case will be rejected as a false claim because "change-of-mind" return is not accepted by OnLine Centre ebay store.
- If return request is found as no-fault-found, 20%-50% partial refund will be provided if product is considered in sellable condition. Return freight cost will be deducted from final refund. No refund will be provided if product is not in sellable condition. Customer may need to self-arrange return if requested within 7 days. Original return postage will be payable before item can be released.
- You can contact us back within 30 calander days if any issue with delivery or received product.
- OnLine Centre provides return-to-base warranty for up to 12 months (excluding labour) from invoice date unless otherwise stated.
- Warranty on product is with manufacturer, we are unable to provide repalcement/exchange. Repair/replacement of the product is at the discretion of manufacturer.
