These are INCREDIBLE Valentino heels!  They are made in Italy and done in lightly pebbled, ULTRA LUX, black leather.  These are an open toe style with a wearable and comfortable wedge heel.  They have braided leather strap and cutout detailing at the front.  GORGEOUS!!!
