Albert Katz (born July 17, 1858 in Lodz, Russian Empire; died December 16, 1923 in Berlin) was a German writer of the Jewish faith and a supporter of the Zionist movement. He lived in Berlin-Pankow. Katz was editor of the Allgemeine Zeitung des Judentums, employee of the Jewish press and co-founder of the Zerubabel (1886–1888), which campaigned for the settlement of Israel by Jews.
