Type K (Chromel–Alumel) — The most universal option; widest instrument compatibility for ovens, kilns, HVAC, and general industrial use. Nominal sensitivity ~41 µV/°C. Choose K if you want maximum compatibility.
Type E (Chromel–Constantan) — Higher output per degree (~68–70 µV/°C), giving stronger signal/resolution with long leads or lower temperatures. Choose E if your controller supports it and you want higher sensitivity.
Both types in this listing are built in the same probe form factor and rated 0–800 °C. Always match the thermocouple type to your instrument setting.
