The screen are in original SEALED condition with screen protective film. They were opened to run with Cisco Unified Communication Manager (CUCM), but the business requires Cisco enterprise firmware, thus leaving the 8851 MPP unused. Although few units may have some minor scratches at time of the deployment, they are guaranteed to look and work as new.
