Framing Information: I apologize for my repeated reflection in the photographs that might give the appearance of a defect in the matting it is not, it is my reflection again not being a professional photographer I have not been able to figure out how to avoid this happening. The Dairy Farm The Dairy Farm features Young's Jersey Diary, where Hap Young and his three sons made the decision in 1958 to try selling raw, whole Jersey milk directly to the public. The business, located in Yellow Springs, Ohio grew so rapidly that it was only 2 years later that the red barn and first retail store were opened. Soon to follow were the ice cream, cheese, and other dairy products for sale, as well as the opening of a restaurant and bakery. Seating and parking expansion were necessary in 1972 and 1990, and a meeting room was also added.
