Victorian Revival faux Timepiece Watch Pendant Necklace. Gold toned nicely detailed piece with polished stones/cabochons. From the 60s/70s. No makers mark. Link chain hangs down about 17". Faux timepiece pendant diameter is 1 1/2". Would make a nice steampunk accessory as well.  Item is in good condition.
