• Additional Quantity Discount: This is an automatic discount; it works when the customer buys more than one item of the same product via filling the desired quantity in the QTY box.
• Combined Shipping Discount: This type of discount is requested by the customer when he/she makes multiple purchases.

For Combined shipping discount, refer to the following:

1: Add the desired items in your basket/cart by clicking at the button that says "Add to Basket" You will find it just underneath the Buy It Now Button"

2: Repeat the same process as in Step 1 for any other item(s).

3: Once you have added all the items you want, please click at the option that says "Request Seller Totals" from the Cart Area.

4: eBay will then allow us to revise the invoice and apply shipping discounts onto your invoice.

5: We will send you a revised invoice notification that you may receive into your eBay message inbox.

6: Once you review the invoice and are happy with your totals, Please go ahead and pay via "PayPal" option within the invoice.

• If you are experiencing problems with your delivery or have a problem with the product you have received, please SEND US A MESSAGE via ebay messaging system. We will get back to you within 12-24 hours of your message and resolve your stated issue.
• If for some reason you are not satisfied with our product, please send us a message and we will either send you a brand new replacement or refund your money. However, we will ask you to return our product(s) is in its original packaging and in its new condition.
• If our returned product(s) has a manufacturing fault, we will be more than happy to compensate your postage costs for returning the item(s). Unlike other sellers your money is a trust given to us and belongs to you until you are satisfied with your product(s) bought.
