Shipping Information:
We normally ship all orders within the same or next business day after payment has been approved or cleared. We ship all orders via FedEx or UPS Ground Services, with the exception of Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Virgin Islands, Guam, and Samoa in which we may use other shippers with extra surcharge. International orders will be shipped via Air Freight. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO's.
International Buyers - Please Note: Import duties,
taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping
charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibilities. Please check
with your country's customs office to determine what these additional
costs will be prior to buying.
Policies:
Please only bid when able to make a prompt
payment, as we require that payments for all items be received within 3
days or we reserve the option to re-list or sell to alternate bidders
and report unpaid auctions to eBay. We only receive PayPal payments from
confirmed verified users. When paying through PayPal, packages will only
be shipped to PayPal CONFIRMED address only (NO EXCEPTIONS). All sales
within the state of California will be charged appropriate sales tax of
7.75%.
Return Policy:
Wheels with tires mounted or lugs torqued are
deemed used, and will be NON-RETURNABLE. For NEW and UNUSED wheels,
Money Back Guarantee for any reason less Shipping Within 30 Days of purchase. Return Shipping is at
buyer's cost. Returned items will be subject to a 20%
restocking fee, and must be NEW and in Original Packaging and also resalable condition. Any shipping, installation, or incidental fees are non-refundable. Items that have been installed or altered are non-returnable. If an item arrives damaged, it must be reported to us immediately, so that we can correct the situation.
Must obtain a RMA number. No Returns Accepted
