Up for sale is this early 1900s ASIAN Antique vintage wood lacquer wedding box. Square shape with scalloped corners.Lid sits on top of the base, no hinges.Hand painted black with gold symbols. C.1900s, Inside is painted a burnt red. There are small chips at most of the corners. The piece shows the wear of time but is exquisite.This would be a wonderful addition for a collector, or to decorate an elegant room. Measures: 9 inches Long X 9 inches wide, High= 4.25 inch" high.
