An original VW speedometer from the 60`s and possibly the 50`s too. It will need glass removal and cleaning and as such one would restore the internals. However it would be a good foundation for that purpose.There is a small flaw in the circumferential chrome as can be seen on the photograph.  The needle moves when the input is turned.
