Returns Policy

We inspect all items before dispatch. However, if item has arrived damaged then please contact us directly and we will do our best to resolve any issues

 Returns will only be accepted within 30 working days after the sale date. If you are not satisfied with you order, then please contact us immediately by emailing us through eBay. 

Returned items should be posted back in their original condition and packaging to ensure a straightforward refund.

Returns will not be accepted if item is sent back in a non-resalable condition, worn or washed. Kindly be aware when trying on items that you have to make sure the items are not scented or marked by any perfumes, smoke etc. 

PLEASE NOTE:  This does not apply to this item as Underwear such as these y front briefs cannot be returned if worn due to hygiene reasons so if you have tried them on then you cannot return them.

All customers are liable for the cost of postage and packaging on any returned items. Postage costs will not be refunded. Customers are encouraged to take note of the package tracking number, which acts as proof of return.

As soon as the return is received, we will inspect it and a refund will be issued accordingly. 

Please note the refund will always deduct the original delivery cost.
