An UPI (Unpaid Item Report) will automatically be opened by eBay  if any Payment is not received within 4 days of the auction end time.

If you place an order by mistake or change mind to  cancel the order, please kindly contact us for confirmation within 48 hours.

Shipping

We only ship to the confirmed address provided by Ebay. Before  you pay, please make sure  that your address on Ebay matches the address you would like us to ship to.

·        Preparing and Delivery Time:

Normally it will take us around 5 days for shipping preparing  and Items would be shipped by DHL, China e-Post, EMS, UPS FedEx or TNT (This really  depends on where the item is located in: China Warehouse, USA  Warehouse or European Warehouse). Tracking number will be available within 1-2  days after marking shipped  status. Any unexpected shipping delay will be informed from us in advance  by email.  

** We strive our best to provide you the most reliable,  affordable way of shipping service. But sometimes international delivery  is highly depended on the Courier Company and local customs/duties. If you do not receive your item on time, please contact us immediately for  further assistance. Thank you ver much for your understanding.

***Import  charges or fees  (customs duty) should be the buyer's responsibility. We  are not responsible for it, buyers are responsible for any customs duty/tax   if occurs!!!

** If the item is located in USA or European Warehouse, it means that we have pre-paid importing duty and tax for buyer only other country buyers may also face the tax issue. 

Return and Warranty

We accept returns or exchange within the promised time upon your receiving the item (normally it will be within 14 days or two weeks). The buyer is  responsible  for all further shipping fees!  For exchange due to quality  problem, we will pay shipping cost.

**We will do a full inspection and standard packing before international shipping to avoid any shipping damage. However, if any parts  broken or missed upon your delivery, please contact us by email for  solution immediately. At most of time, you will be replied less than 48 hours.

·        Warranty:

 Normally  we offer 1 year quality warranty and guarantee for bike frame and fork, and for  other parts and accessories 3 months. Damage due to customer's wrong  operation is not include in this warranty.

** Different issue or problem might result different solution and handle time.  Please kindly give us an reasonable responding time (1-2 business days) to resolve any problem if in any case you are not satisfied with the item or  our service. At most of time, you will be replied less than 48 hours.

·        Other Issue:

 All  items sold by us are being described to the best of our abilities, as  accurate as possible, and with utmost conscientiousness on our  part. However, to avoid any potential oversights, we respectfully request  your assistance in helping us to make this a mutually satisfactory  transaction by THOROUGHLY reviewing item description and photos, and  asking all questions PRIOR TO BIDDING.
