Specification: 
Measure e.g., the water consumption with your Arduino and the YF-S201C flow sensor. The module has two 1/2 "threads and can be connected to cold resp. Hot water pipes are connected. The water flow is measured using a Hall sensor - this makes this sensor particularly durable.

The flow rate can be evaluated on the yellow signal line using a microcontroller board, for example. The flow in L / min. with a tolerance of ± 3% it is calculated as follows: Frequency of the signal in Hz / 5 volume flow in L / min.

Please note that the sensor should be installed vertically if possible and is not designed for temperatures above 80°C.
