 AKA: Wild Spinach, Bathua and Goose Foot (a close relative of spinach, as well as Quinoa)   

 ALL of the seeds I sell in my shop are all naturally grown/organic, or collected from wild plants growing here on our own property which are 100% clean and healthy.  They are from the most recent harvest either the current year or fall of previous year, and are kept in cold storage.  They are tested for viability and only harvests that have between 80 and 95% germination rate are offered for sale.  They are hand sorted and counted so that only the highest quality seeds are sent out.

Spring/Summer Annual

  Grown in other countries such as India and Asia like Spinach is grown in US.  In fact, many prefer this plant to Spinach, because it is a bit easier to grow.  It is also extremely nutritious as a salad green, cooked greens or as a grain. The leaves are best harvested when small and young, when the stems are still green and have not yet turned reddish colored.    Seeds can be used as micro green sprouts.

  The plant is high in manganese, vitamins A, C, K, and B, phosphorus, magnesium, vitamins A, C, K, and B along with copper. About 24% of the total leaves are pure protein. It is also beneficial in curing stomach aches and diarrhea. You can also crush its leaves and apply its juice to soothe burns, itches, and inflammation on the skin 

  Germination time:  From 5-16 days

  Planting Depth: 1/4"

  Sunlight:  Does not require sunlight for germination

  Soil Temperature: 60-65 degrees is ideal for germination

  Plant seeds or thin to 10-14"

*****You can request 1st class shipping with tracking, or priority mail/priority express shipping with any order.  If you chose "FREE SHIPPING", please note that many times you will not receive a tracking number when your order is marked complete.  If you do not receive your seed order within 2 weeks of the date you ordered, contact me, and I'll resend your order.  I do not give refunds or accept returns on seeds, but I will most certainly resend an order that does not show up due to USPS incompetence.
